The high quality of our products is assured by using only new production equipment: most of our machines are less than 10 years old, and employing highly trained and experienced personnel in all key positions.
Our quality department is concentrated on prevention of defects, tight in-process control, subcontractor quality management and strict inspection of our products. Its highly trained employees use sophisticated measuring equipment such as a Video Comparator with up to 300X magnification and CMM. CMMs are industrial inspection tools that measure the dimensional accuracy of manufactured goods. This is a crucial step to monitoring production quality to ensure large-sized parts meet design specifications for use in critical applications. For a CMM using a touch probe, this relates to the repeatability of the probe and the accuracy of the linear scales. Typical probe repeatability can result in measurements of within . 001mm or . 00005 inch (half a tenth) over the entire measurement volume. We provide full quality documentation of our products according to AIAG, ISO, AS9100 and any customer specific requirements.
