New Trinco Model 36 w/ BP Dust Collector

The Hinz Company is proud to announce the addition of Trinco Model 36 w/ BP Dust Collector to our deburring and finishing department. This acquisition furthers our goal of bringing in equipment that previously would be an outside operation. Less reliance on outside suppliers allows Hinz to hit our target ship dates more consistently. Trinco Model 36 is designed for intermittent blasting operations. The TRINCO™ Model 36 with Dust Collector vacuums the dust and contamination from the cabinet. Media is recycled from the gun system to the hopper and back to the gun system. This unit allows for different products to be sprayed such as steel beads, glass, and walnut for more sensitive applications. This unit will be operational by end of March 2023.
