CNC Vertical Machined Adapter for Aerospace Industry

Contracted by an aerospace industry leader, The Hinz Company constructed a CNC vertical machined adapter used for commerical airline applications. Produced from aluminum, this part was manufactured using advanced CNC vertical machining equipment, capable of holding (±) .001 of an inch precision tolerance. Based off a customer supplied print, Hinz manufactured the demanding features of the adapter including offset drilled and tapped holes.

The adapter features an ultra smooth finish over the clear anodized surface. Final steps include performing a series of dimensional checks, ensure that the parts meet exact customer and FAA specifications as well as careful packaging ship to customer.
